5.g. When forums or blog comments are available, you will not:

6. Sponsored Articles
Any item that is within the ‘sponsored article’ section of the site is copy that The Business Powerhouse Ltd is paid to host. This content is still editorially managed, but will contain links to companies that have paid to be on the site.
7. User accounts
7.a. The Business Powerhouse Ltd reserves the right to delete any content or User accounts or take other action as necessary without notice.
In addition, we will monitor use of the forums (where available), and will act on abuses. We ask Users to report to us any content or item they feel is offensive, vulgar, a breach of copyright, libellous, or defamatory, and we will investigate it.
If we agree that the content is inappropriate, we will endeavour to remove it within 24 hours of it being brought to our attention. Please also tell us if you believe you have been threatened or harassed through usage of the website.

8.a. You will not attempt to hack, crack, reverse-engineer, damage, deny service to or otherwise interfere (collectively known as “interfere” or “interference”) with the Site in any way. If any part, term, or provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any law of the United Kingdom having jurisdiction over this Agreement, the remaining portions or provisions shall still remain valid and continue in full force and effect.
8.e. This Agreement shall be governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
